The company first does ship international, so it does take 2 -3 weeks to receive any item. Second the item I did received was a cheap acrylic and not the glass they promised. What the scam is - rather than refund me or exchange the item, they only gave me two options: receive a 10% refund, or buy anything else on their site for a 50% discount? Currently out about $100 so just be advised. You will get an item, but it may be cheap imitation and they will string you along.

This is my second review on TrustPilot about ELLESE&CO. Further to my previous message, I have attempted to communicate with this company several times by email only to be totally ignored. I have read an identical review recently and the lady who wrote it had the exact same experience as myself. The Glucometer's that we ordered were NOT anything related to measuring glucose, they are infact BLOOD OXIMETERS. Ellese&Co are making false and misleading claims and supplying goods by misrepresentation. This despicable practice is actually illegal in the UK, alas ELLESE&CO are not. Once again I reiterate,Caveat Emptor, BUYERS BEWARE.

I purchased a non-invasive glucometer glucose monitor, a portable fingertip digital display. $42.45 and Shipping ProtectionShipping Protection $7.06 subtotal · 2 items = $49.51. The so-called speedy shipping was eighteen days,, when it finally was supposed to arrive. I received a notice that it had been delivered. However, it was not to be seen at my front door. So I looked at the picture that was provided, and sure enough, it shows The shipper's hand holding the package next to my unit number. And supposedly it was left there at 1:06. The problem is that I was there at 1:06. And it wasn't. And in fact, I've had that day a couple of orders come in From Amazon at 1:30, and then again at 1:45, when I got out there to pick them up, the glucose monitor wasn't there. My location is very difficult to get at if you're a porch pirate. One, the way the unit is situated, there are hedges between each unit that make visibility difficult unless you actually park directly in front of it and walk down to find something. So I can only assume that the shipper put it back in his truck and had a good laugh. If I had known that it was a Chinese shipper, I would never have ordered it. The few occasions when I have used a product with Chinese shipping have always been a disaster. Why should that surprise me? They steal every trade secret they can. . So now I'm basically out $50 unless they refund it to me, and they are very hard to get a hold of. Don't buy any products from them.

I am writing to formally state that my package has not arrived. Once again, dealing with your company has been a ridiculous experience. I am tired of waiting for items that never show up.Because you do not even have the decency to provide a contact number, I am convinced this company is a scam. I have already shared my experience online, and I will continue to post reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and social media to warn the local and international community never to buy from you. You clearly do not care about your customers, and your service is absolutely terrible.

It was easy to order. The Shipping Protection fee appeared and I did not request it. I had already paid before I realized it had been added.
