Tried a couple of times to check out but couldn't click it at first. Thought I'd give it another go and let my order go straight through this time.

This company is a total SCAM. Avoid at all cost. They sent me a tracking link and said delivery couldn't be made and had been returned to sender. They said I needed to contact the courier myself. But all the info in the tracking link was in Chinese. The name and contact details of the tracking company are not even provided. I have requested a refund multiple times and they have not done it. And now I see from other reviews here that even if the product, a non-invasive glucometer, arrives it will not even be correct. Its just going to be a pulse device. Now they are saying they will refund me but have to take 25% to cover cost of the delivery that never happened. Total robbery

I ordered the Non Invasive Glucometer Glucose monitor Portable and what I got is the Pulse Oximeter. This is misrepresentation of the product. I requested a refund. E. S.J.

Absolute Scammers, seeing unauthorized transactions after Elleseandco cancelled my order. Ordered a custome for my child to delivered before book week. Order never came, emailed them multiple times, no response for two days. The replies were dodgy answers out of the Philippines (I can tell by the names used) for this Netherlands registered company. Week later, they cancel the order with the excuse of "At my request" I NEVER wanted the order cancelled, more lies. Now I am seeing transactions on my credit card which I never made, only "new" merchant I used. If it looks to good to be true it probably is and this one is just a huge SCAM. Recently got an email from Elleseandco, their excuse was "the product has now been updated to the correct price" so in other words you can't trust the prices and Elleseandco won't honour the prices on site. Still haven't got my refund and have had to block my card and contact my bank to chase the original purchase, which was listed $3 cheaper then the new listed price. Note : the last two review below me, who gave this SCAMMERS 5 stars have been written by reviewers with 1 review and 2 reviews in total. Listen to a genuine reviewer and I hope you don't get scammed! If Elleseandco were genuine about resolving my dispute, they would have honoured the 'alleged' miss pricing of the article (a whole $3) and sent it anyway. They are NOT, its BS This does not remove the fact that, my care had multiple transactions AFTER I sued it on Ellesandco. which they have not addressed and know full well this is part of the SCAM. Read the reviews of people who have more than 3 reviews, we all say the same thing SCAMMERS and my child was left with no costume for Bookweek, still no refund (over 5 banking days) and multiple scam transactions on card, after used at ELlesandco. Avoid with extreme prejudice
