Great customer service
Hello, my glasses were bigger than what fit me online and they immediately offered to replace them for free. Within a week, they shipped my new order. I am very humble and grateful.

I love the pair of Tinff Blue Light…
I love the pair of Tinff Blue Light Blocking Cat Eye Glasses for women I purchased recently. They're lightweight yet sturdy and very chic - get compliments on them all the time. I put prescription lenses in as most frames offered by opticians aren't that attractive and are hundreds of dollars more than these!

Best customer service ever
I bought a pair of really scarce frames that I had been looking for for months, and they were a real bargain. The prescription I sent in was poorly typed by the MD and Elklook misread it and sent me a pair with lenses that didn't work. When I pointed this out they realized the error and sent me a correct pair absolutely free. They were completetly friendly and nice about it and did it fast. Best customer service ever

I lost my glasses case while I was in…

Geat deals and Fantastic Service
I purchase a really cool pair of RX photochromic glasses that were BOGO, but forgot to select my 2nd pair (and ith had been a couple of days since I placed the order). I reached out via WhatsApp and quickly received a response and had the problem corrected in mins. AAA+++

Très bonne première expérience
Mes lunettes étaient à peu près identiques à la description qui se trouve sur le site. Ils ont également parfaitement respecté ma prescription ainsi que ma distance pupillaire. Leur choix est varié, et comme je voulais ajouter une petite touche unique à mon style, j’ai osé et franchement, je n’ai pas du tout été déçu. Je confirme donc que selon mon expérience et ma propre information que j’ai emmagasinée à la suite de mon premier achat que cette boutique en ligne est tout à fait légitime. 😊
