Thank you for your review and for providing us with feedback. First and foremost, I am truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern and we genuinely take all guest concerns very seriously. Please be assured we have stringent procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Regarding your concern with bedbugs, while in the past it has been reported in the Orlando area, this is the first incident that I have ever heard of at this property. However, we do take proactive steps to ensure that each and every home is free from any kind of pests. We hire a professional pest control company to inspect our rental homes, on a routine basis and they are instructed to immediately inform us of any issues. To date, I have not had any. Our linens are washed with antimicrobial and disinfectant soaps and chemicals. Our housekeeping team also does a visual inspection of the linens before they are used. Anything less than 100% hygienic is not used and then discarded. I hope you will accept my sincerest apology for your experience, and I can personally assure you this situation is highly unusual and not in any way typical in an Elite Home. I’d like to personally invite you to contact me directly to discuss this further. Please feel free to contact me directly any time. I look forward to hearing from you, Donna Ramsden General Manager Elite Vacation Homes 407-397-0850
