About three years ago I was diagnosed with terminal heart failure and was supposed to be dead in four to six weeks. I stopped paying on my credit cards and my car payments. I didn't die right away and I got into deep dodo with my creditors and got myself into a situation that I would never be able to get out of with my income. My credit score went from 702 down to 550. Elite legal services is helping me to wipe out my debt and I am on my way to getting my credit score back where it belongs. They have been very dependable and I would recommend their service to anyone.

Do NOT use this company. I am in the process of filing a suit with them for consumer fraud. They will take your money and tell you they have done all of this work with nothing to provide or prove. They wanted to give me a fraction of what was in my escrow account. It has taken me 4 weeks to even get a response. I will be using an attorney and have already contacted the State of NV. I also plan to contact the FTC, CFPB and then the attorney general. Yes, they are that bad folks. Please be cautious in anything you do with this crooked organization.

I have had nothing but positive responses with this company. They have responded to all my questions. They keep me updated on the progress of my case. The team is very friendly and professional. I think that if you are patient and continue with them you will get the results you are looking for. I’m am still in the process of working with the firm but I strongly believe that in time all will work out for my good. They also advised this was a 24-36 month process. Be patient.!!!!

I found that every one I have worked with thus far is amazing. They have empathy and are very supportive. I didn’t want a debit relief program or to file bankruptcy. I chose this law firm after reading everything i could. They are amazing at what they do. I am 62 and don’t have to do the above mentioned things. I would be dead before i had resolved everything. Sadly I was hacked and had 15 k stolen out of different accounts. They did leave me a $1.00. I don’t have time to recover that. M I tried so hard but everything fell behind, went into collections, legal letters so much stress. I called Ellite and with in 20 minutes they told me the plan. They told me how they use federal consumer laws. They told me exactly what to say and do if I continue getting calls and letters. I pay them a monthly a fee I can handle and they fight this battle for me. This isn’t about me paying off debit. I am not going to be able to do that. It’s about this legal firm putting due process to work. I tried doing the letters and making payments arrangements but I was denied. So I put this law firm in the game and now they are taking care of this. My suggestion is to try them first. Consumer debt is a problem, but we also have laws that to protect us.
