We understand there's been confusion about out-of-pocket costs. To clarify, once you're enrolled with our firm, you won't incur any additional attorney's fees or costs requested from us unless you add new debt to our representation. However, debts for which we negotiate a settlement on your behalf will still require your payment to the creditors. To be clear, Elite Legal Practice does not hold your funds in escrow to make payments, any payments, to your creditors. We've reached out with options to address your concerns.
