We have a fiduciary responsibility that we take very seriously, and our legal team stands behind the service they provided. They were able to build a framework for your case that successfully identified deficiencies on 4 of your accounts, including no valid signatures on the contracts or no contracts at all. The next phase of the legal process was to have those debts deleted and removed from your credit report. You make a very important point.
