So far the experience has been top knotch. Can’t wait for this hour to come to fruition and have debts wiped away.

The customer representatives are always friendly and very professional. However I feel like I soon might have to exit the program. Had 3 debts on when I started the program and my first account summoned me. After elite legal spoke with them I still ended up paying the law firm debt collector $260 month which is including all interest and late fees. Seems like I should’ve just called to settle that myself. Second debt has been sold to another law firm so hoping I don’t get another summons with this one. If I do and have to settle to pay the 2nd debt through the law firm debt collector I will have to m unfortunately cancel my contract with Elite legal as I will unfortunately not be able to pay the two debt collectors and Elite legal monthly. Hoping it doesn’t come to this but just simply can’t afford it. It’s a shame because the customer representatives are always so nice and professional.

Elite Legal Practice has been a very professionally run organization since my first interaction with them. It seems they have enough staff to handle each section of work and pass work between groups very seamlessly. They are always quick to answer, prompt to get to the point and take immediate action and communication is consistent and predictable. Although the oath is unknown, their professionalism has given me confidence that their process can be trusted.
