I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me today, but she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what I needed to do and she took care of my problem with out a problem so all in all it was great experience

Customer Service Representative was very helpful, patience & knowledable.

So far I’m rating 5star. I like the phone calls every 3 months which is what I chose. ELP has taken immediate action but I’m praying for much much faster results in less than 2 years. If that can be done it will change my life for the better. Looking forward to our next phone call with some results.

Elite legal has assisted me in getting my cards eliminated in most cases. They are so courteous and caring. Worth the money. Wish they did taxes too

I want to thank everyone at Elite Practice. My experience so far has been great. I am single mom with one income and it’s hard to stretch (the mighty ol dollar) these days. I have gotten nothing but pure genuine understanding when I have been late on my payments. When I see them calling I am not nervous that I am about to get my head chewed off, they are understanding and allow me to make arrangements for the next time my payment rolls around. I have only had one experience, I can’t recall the name but he wasn’t as friendly or polite very short with me, and didn’t stay on to help me arrange payment date for my next billing cycle. But I won’t let that one person dim the light on everyone else because there is always one bad apple. Thank you Zana
