I have enjoyed what they are doing for my credit report and how easy it is. The amount of stress they have removed is worth every penny

Basically everything. I contracted with this company ( I was client 13785001) in December of 2024. the contract was dutifully signed. I heard nothing from them for almost 1 year. Then I got to summons from two groups representing two of the groups on my contract. I called the telephone number for elp customer service. there was no answer.I then contacted the two financial institutions on the contract. They showed no contact, other than to get their ACH transfer of 252 dollars a month. I finally reach their customer service in april. Its funny but it appears their own customer service doesn't know what the lawyers are doing for you. Good customer service: no resolution. So in April 2026, I requested by email, a lawyer work sheet from the lawyers who handled my case. I gave them until the 29th of April, 2026 to produce the required documentation. They did not do this. they had at least 2 weeks, ten business days ro send me anything. they couldn't cause they had no documentation is my belief. Several other genuine debt relief companies were contacted, including symple. The lawyers at symple actually did their work, and provided me with actual debt resolution. I'd recommend symple to anyone. Their lawyers contacted my creditors. They confirmed by talks with the three major credit company's and the actual creditors that all Elite did was one search, with no contact to the effected company's. it seemed that all my creditors charged off the accounts after six months, and sold my credit to people that in turn sued me for the total amount of the debt. my credit score is in bad shape. I dropped from a 760 to a low of 499. today August 12, 2026, I have sent them one last email. I gave them till Friday, August 14th 2026 to return the money they did earn. I also told a them a few other things they found not not so good, as to my previous military work. I believe they do not think 68 year old people won't fight back:. I believe they are wrong. I must say i love you Elite legal Practices. you have given me a new purpose in life. Update: the elp notified me today that through stripes, that I am going to get my money back on 14 August 2026. When I get it I'll believe it: I noticed there are a few people on trust pilot that say altough this company had promised them the same.thing..nothing showed up. We will wait and see. I love the response from elp: I notice it's not from the man that responds to these claims. Confidential my tail end. Please bring your lawyers to mississippi: I'm sure the local county court will be a very interesting experience for them. Just make sure those people are qualified to be in a Mississippi court. I highly recommend it. I'll let the readers know how what happens tommorow. Additional Edit: 14 August 2026. ELP has paid me all the money connected with my contract. Confirmation emails have been sent to all affected parties. I believe my complaint for their services is now closed.I consider this debt to me is now paid. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend based on my experience I hired Elite Legal Practice for debt-resolution/legal services and paid approximately $4,600 over about 17 months. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I enrolled, I was given the impression that my debt situation would be resolved within approximately 24 months. I also understood that there would not be unexpected additional charges. During the process, however, I experienced significant communication problems and was often left without clear information about what was actually being done on my behalf. One example was my Synchrony account. An initial settlement of approximately $880 was available, but that offer was not accepted. Several months later, a settlement of $1,350 was reached, which I had to pay. I was also not clearly informed about important consequences of the debt-resolution process, including how negative information could remain on my credit report for years. The biggest issue came after I decided to cancel the service. I had difficulty getting clear answers about the work that had supposedly been performed and what portion of the money I had paid was actually earned for services provided. I requested a $3,600 partial refund because I believe a substantial portion of the services I paid for were not performed as represented. Elite Legal Practice asked me for information so that they could review/audit the account and determine whether a refund was owed. I was told a decision would be made, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution or explanation. I have followed up multiple times, yet my refund request remains unresolved. What made the situation even more frustrating was receiving payment reminders from Elite Legal Practice after I had already cancelled my representation and was actively requesting a refund. Receiving requests for additional payment while I was still waiting for an explanation regarding money I had already paid was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication throughout this process has been one of my biggest concerns. I should not have to repeatedly contact a company to get basic information about my own account, the services performed, and the status of a refund request. Because I was unable to resolve this directly with Elite Legal Practice, I have filed complaints with the CFPB and BBB and am pursuing additional avenues to address the matter. I am posting this review to share my personal experience and to encourage anyone considering Elite Legal Practice to carefully read the contract, ask exactly what services are included, clarify every fee and potential additional charge, and get important promises in writing before making a substantial payment. I expected professional communication and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

this is a scam to get your money. they did nothing but take my money. i could have when to court on the lawsuit on my own and came out better. I am having to pay more now than if i had went to court by my self. they totally over charge you for a services they never perform. A complete and total scam. have you believe they can relieve yiu ofyour debt or help resolve it but nothing works out for you. disappointing!
