We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this regrettable and highly abnormal interaction. Please be assured that your concerns have been taken seriously and escalated to our internal compliance and client relations teams for immediate review. While our representatives are trained to exercise diligence and professionalism in all communications, it is clear that in this instance, our standards were not met. We deeply regret any undue stress this may have caused, especially in light of your recent banking challenges. This was an isolated procedural oversight, and we are implementing corrective measures to ensure that such miscommunication does not recur. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity, discretion, and responsiveness in all client engagements.

The customer service as well as the service in general is what makes my experience a 5star. The Rep was patient, kind, very informative and helpful in reassuring me that my concerns would be cleared up. Knowing that Elite Legal has services in place to assist their clients is what has won me over even more. I appreciate their understanding and their willingness to help not only with why they were hired but throughout the process.
