The person was very personal was very positive and worked out the situation that I was in in my favor. It was a joy to deal with her too bad. There’s not more people in other companies that are like her. She was 100% and everything she did.

I’ve called three times and I have…
I’ve called three times and I have never gotten a call back. I spoke to a different people trying to get Jennifer and then his supervisor to call me back but they wouldn’t.

Lawyer's and customer service representatives are awesome.
Customer service representatives are excellent. They get back to very quickly. They keep updated at regular intervals. They have help out a ton. The lawyer are on top of everything very quickly.
