I recently ordered two Stream Decks from Elgato and ran into an unexpected problem when UPS charged me £62.51 in import fees before delivery. I contacted Elgato support and the response was excellent. They replied quickly, immediately recognised that the charge wasn’t expected, and explained what they could do to help. I paid UPS so the delivery wouldn’t be delayed, sent Elgato the receipt, and the full amount was reimbursed to me shortly afterwards. They then followed up to confirm I was happy, and the whole thing was resolved far more quickly and easily than I expected. Mistakes and shipping issues can happen, but I was pleasantly surprised how thorough Elgato were in sorting it out and making sure I wasn't left out of pocket. The support team was responsive, helpful and fair throughout, and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one.

Bought an item 5 years ago. Something broke and I was looking for a replacement part. Without much hope I took my shot any asked Elgato for a part number. They don't even sell this product anymore and they immediately offered me to just have a full refund, which I received after a rather easy process.

Me trataron de maravilla, pedí el foco light air mk2 y se me olvidó la fuente de alimentación, se lo pedí y sin ningún problema me lo enviaron!! De momento todo maravilloso!! Seguiré comprando con ellos incluso les pediré una colaboración!!
