Customer service is so bad. Please don’t put yourself through the hassle when they mess up your order. Not worth it even though they do good products. Shame

The elf power grip is so sticky my makeup stays on all day

[Germany] I received the wrong foundation shade which I forwarded to customer service. I got my 9€ refund the same evening 👍 I am now wary about ordering from their store again, but I can upload receipts from other retailers (like Douglas) to redeem Beauty Squad points, which is a nice gimmick. I tried it, it works.

ELF products were very good products at a reasonable price..very affordable...I am in Target and attempt to buy some foundation with SPF..and the pricetag was $28 so now their prices are up there with everyone else..‼️‼️

I wanted to order a bunch of makeup for my upcoming wedding, but got a nasty surprise at check out when I saw that they had suddenly added 120dkk to the final price. This I found out was the shipping fee, and while I do understand that 99% of all places online requires a shipping fee I feel directly mislead and cheated. This should have been immediately in our "bag" or have like a flashing sign in your face saying that when you choose another country for shipment XX will be your shipment fee. This way you will know right from the get go and not suddenly have 120dkk added to your price when you think you have another when you look in your "bag".

No customer service to talk to, parcel shipped 10days ago, still hasn’t arrived. Emailed them, no response, not even acknowledged they received my email.

Placed my order May 13 2024. Still waiting. No response to emails. No other contact available. Tracking shows shipped. Royal Mail, shows waiting for item. Been very happy with e.l.f. products and delivery up till now, a loyal customer. But appalling customer service is not acceptable. Unlikely to order again.

I’m with the folks that the customer service is terrible, when trying to follow up an order. My order has been placed, and has been sitting there for a week, ‘processing’ in a warehouse somewhere. Despite attempts to contact customer service, no one has responded. Don’t order online from them.
