Online it states all emails will be responded to in 1 business day. My order still hasn't arrived, was supposed to be here 11 days ago. No one has responded to me except for what seems like an automated response saying "we will look into it and contact you in 3 days." It's been 5 and no word or reply to my follow up. I spent about 150 dollars and have no idea if I'm getting a refund, or my package. I'm wildly upset by the lack of response or help. I hope I'll be able to get either a refund or my makeup

I had an issue with delivery on behalf of the postal service. The address didn’t have my unit number and I contacted e.l.f. Customer service. If I could give them more stars I would. They are sending out a new shipment since the first one was being returned to sender. They were super courteous and efficient.

Oof, I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I started using ELF cosmetics in the US and was happy to see they're available in the UK too after I moved here. The prices are great, the reward points add up fast, and I love everything I've ever bought from them. I've never had any issues with delivery or customer service.

Love elf cosmetics! There’s not one item that I have purchased that I haven’t loved yet! Their 16hr concealer is by far the best coverage and longest lasting concealer I have ever experienced. Halo glow is just stunning with that dewy look. I will recommend and never stop buying!

I ordered 5 items from ELF and only 4 arrived. The item that didn't arrive was the most expensive item and the reason why I was buying ELF cosmetics. The other items I did receive are great and I was going to order more products but after contacting customer service 3 times via email and from the website I have had no response. I have now sent a message via FB messenger and really hope they come back to me soon as customer service is what customers rely on when buying productions online.

ORDERED IN APRIL AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE. This is honestly ridiculous, why on earth do you guys not have a customer complaint phone number and only an email?? Never received a confirmation from Aus post or a tracking number so e.l.f. have literally just taken the money. Please just give me a full refund if you do decide to respond to my email, I ordered over 50$ worth of items. Order number is #147725. Edit: They have now since given me a refund but did not actually apologise for the inconvenience - I just got an email about the refund.

First of all, the website is constantly glitchy every single time I use it. I can only use my coupons if I'm in the US, which I am not and have not been for years. I don't think they even ship to Canada anymore because it doesn't let me change the country of my billing address, so I can no longer order anything at all. The website also keeps switching in between countries for whatever reason. ELF team, PLEASE fix these issues! Until they can actually ship to Canada again, I wouldn't waste my time. I used to love this store so much and now I have to go somewhere else. Thanks ELF.

I purchased the products online on June 16, and the package was "shipped"on the same day and it should arrive on July 6. I tracked the package almost everyday for the progress however it wasn't updated since then. The tracking number of the courier they provided wasn't even vaild. Totally I emailed the customer service 3 times after July 13 to see what is going on, but I never get any responses. Ended up I DMed the company on Twitter, finally I was told that the package had been lost in transit and they will issue me a refund. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back. Just can't believe that such animal friendly company is not being friendly to their customers.
