I received my order in a timely manner and I received communication about my order if something was out of stock and/or would have to be shipped later than expected. Si je pouvais mettre zero,je le ferai, mauvaise expérience très mauvaise. N est Pas capable d envoyer un colis,ni de le rembourser. J ai perdu mon argent. Je ne recommande pas ce site. Le suivi colis nul de chez nul. Et je prends pas la peine d écrire en anglais.

I still have not received my unit??
I still have not received my unit??! It was to be delivered last week. No response from company on status. UPS tracking has 24t stops and misdirects. I Jane tried contacting Elevate but no reply. Payment taken immediately. Third time I’ve had a delivery issue!
