I had a problem after I sent the order in and I was able to correct it with customer service. I only had to pay $.90 more

I have been a long time customer of ES
I have been a long time customer of ES. My recent order was not as expected and was returned and received by ES on 8/9/23. I have reached out to ES by emails phone and text with NO RESPONSE. I have never had a problem in the past with customer service there was always someone to speak with during ES business hours. I just want to know when should I expect to receive my refund for the items I send back. At least ES should have the courtesy to reach back out to their customers send an email text or something. I always left ES a good review this is the first negative on their customer service and I have lost trust. I will not recommend or order anything from Elevate Styles ever again !!!
