My order was supposed to delivered on…8/18/23
My order was supposed to delivered on 8/18/23 via USPS by 9:00 pm. I received an email around 7:00 that my order was delivered to my address but it did not come to my address. It was NEVER delivered. I need to know what's going on.

The processing of the package was very long, on their site they guaranteed a delivery for August 21, 2023 but there is a delay in delivery and I am not clear tracking. Even if it is independent of their will to ensure to collaborate with carriers who meet deadlines or otherwise do not guarantee a delivery date

Elevate Styles
I recently purchased an item from their website and it took 2 weeks for them to ship it and then receive it. After receiving the item, I decided I didn't like it and sent it back. The whole time I was communicating with customer service and they were helpful and answered my questions. It did take a while to receive my refund and I didn't even get a full refund which was disappointing. Probably won't place another order from this website in the future.
