Processing was horrible/ canceled order
I canceled my order. It took to long to process. And customer service is horrible. When I worked in customer service. We tried to keep our customers. Not when someone says I want to cancel. And you basically saying ok. You don't try to keep your customers. Or offer anything to keep them. That's why your ratings are low. Wig types ship next day! I will never shop here agan!
