I am having a few financial…
I am having a few financial difficulties right now. Whyatt helped me so much. He explained that if I needed to cancel right now that I could call back and get reinstated later. He went into more detail about the payments than I was originally told by another agent.

Wonderful Experience
On July 22, 2025 I called and spoke first to Madison who directed me to a specialist so I could cancel my policy. At first I was concerned that I would get a runaround especially when Madison said I need to transfer you, my flags and alert button went off, BOY did I eat craw. Criss King was so VERY VERY UNDERSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHETIC, TO MY NEEDS AND GOT TO IT RIGHT AWAY AND CANCELED MY POLICY. Scammers
Scammers, these idiots completely lied about covering your car if it’s salvaged. They never mentioned that when selling the insurance to me. They’re morons, and scammers and will not do anything for you except steal your money. Hard to get hold of, difficult and scammy. Go to geico or a legit reputable place not these ghetto scammers.
