‘Final notice’ letter received from…
‘Final notice’ letter received from Eleras Group which appears like a debt collection letter. It’s just a sales scam to scare people into buying their coverage. Disgusting sales practice and guarantees I will never do business with them. I’ll only select an ethical company for my vehicle cover.

Genuine representatives
Although I've never made any claims (fortunately) I can honestly say I've always had a good experience where someone has wholeheartedly taken care of me. And David, this last person I've spoke with before my cancelation made everything so seamless and had a lot of information and helpful considerations as well as a hilarious personality. Great job bro, hopefully they get you a cupcake or something, haha!

Final Demand they had no right to request
Got a letter reportedly a "Final Notice" from the "vehicle services division" requesting an immediate response. The clue is in the request. If the company was in any capacity officially acting, as the letter was designed to suggest, it would have been a demand. It is in fact a private company touting extended warranties by implying they are required. Only disreputable companies would use this tactic. Avoid.

Have been with this company for some…
Have been with this company for some time and money got tight. They were able to give me a lower quote since I'd been with them for some time. Customer service has been great, knowledgeable and answered any questions I have. Very happy!!!
