This another fraudulent scam received a letter that my coverage for my truck was expiring. This is a total BS. What is up with these people. Beware. Matter of fact is one two many.

Talked with company. Thought they were a part of my warranty. They're not. I gave them my account information by mistake. Found out that they are not part of my warranty. After they had my information I was threatened that they could access my bank account without my authority. I went to my bank ASAP and changed my account. DONT' GET INVOLVED.

Christine Bridwell it’s a great asset to your company her follow through from start to finish is exceptional. Her commitment to servicing. The customer is exceptional. She’s very knowledgeable in her job and she’s very easy to talk to on the phone. She makes you feel very comfortable and she listens well. She does not want to leave the customer hanging and she goes above and beyond to make sure that from start to finish everything is taking care of. There’s nothing left undone, I’m truly grateful that I did get her to be the one that called me. I’m very grateful for it she’s a definite leader in your company.

My name is Romilda A Smith. I worked today, 12/26/2025, with Customer Care Specialist David Moynihan. There is so much good to say about my experience working with Mr. Moynihan. He was warm, caring, my concerns and goals were his main objectives. Mr. Moynihan was patient did not rush me and allowed me to ask many questions and explained in terms I could understand. David Moynihan is an asset to this company.

Dave Moynihan was AWESOME. He double checked before answering my question that even though the safety and tech was not checked on the registration page, all these items are covered by my policy b/c of PP 17 on pg 4/14. This was the factor that meant so much to me, and I really appreciated his expertise and thoroughness! I will be recommending Eleras to all my friends and family now b/c of Dave and have decided NOT to cancel this policy after talking w/Dave.

Lindsey provided me with excellent customer service and was very professional she made sure that all my needs regarding my warranty were fulfilled before we disconnected off of the phone. I was actually thinking about going to another company regarding my warranty before I talked to Lindsey because of what I was told prior to talking to her.

Megan Steinmann is an amazing person !! She was very helpful and patient in helping me with everything .
