I wanted to cancel my extended warranty cuz I changed my mind. Was transferred over to David Moynihan Jr who was extremely co-operative and knowledgeable. Got my policy cancelled in no time and I got my refund without any hassle either.

I needed to cancel my policy because I already had coverage through the dealership. I have only had my car 3 weeks. I spoke to Amanda first and she was so very patience and explained my options. When I called back, I spoke to David. He was also very helpful and cancelled the policy. I hate I could not go with you but my money was tied up in my loan. Thanks so much for the support.

I had an amazing experience with Customer care Specialist Lindsey L . She was friendly, professional; INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE. She took the time to explain everything clearly. She patiently answered all my questions, explained the coverage details clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free because (Lord knows I was STRESSED by my dealership prior to speaking with Lindsey). It’s refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely know their stuff and are committed to helping. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
