Lindsey Lunsford was a damn great help for assisting me in hounding down a mechanic that was being a big negligent about my vehicle and any updates that wasn’t receiving. On Monday 2/7/25, I was told to drop off my car and I called a tow bed from my insurance road side assistance. My car was received by the mechanic but no updates about my car at all, no updates about the mechanic calling my warranty, uninstalling my broken parts, installing the new parts. Nothing. I was getting worried at this point after a few hours and Tuesday hits and I contact my cousin to give me his number and tried calling. It’s understandable to be busy as a mechanic but I called multiple times to reach out and he was just ducking calls. And then find to out he didn’t even call the warranty number that was provided by Eleras, he called my road side assistance number and continued to not give updates, then wanted to say my “warranty is expired” and would have to pay $900!!! I called customer service desk and Lindsey, my hero and savior has came to save the day. She was on my account day and night making sure this man has called, giving me the updates he failed to provide. She also her supervisor give options to help me out just so I can get my car back. Lindsey has been so patient and definitely helped my mental about this stressful situation. I thank her tons and hope to speak with her again if I ever need help. Thank you Lindsey much love and blessings to you!!!!
