I recently purchased an Eleglide M2. I'm so impressed with it. It took me around an hour to assemble it out of the box. Front wheel, handlebars, saddle and pedals needed fitting. It would take less time for someone more experienced with working on bikes. All gears were set up well straight out of the box as were the brakes. The hydraulic brakes are excellent, but do take some getting used to. Riding it is pleasurable and the motor provides a good amount of assistance. I have had the bike 3 days and I have ridden 40 miles on it on a variety of terrains. I needed to retighten a few of the connections once I'd ridden it a bit but this is probably normal upon getting a new bike. The saddle is reasonably comfortable and the gears are good for a variety of hills. The build quality seems good overall. The front suspension is a nice feature and absorbs bumps well. I am 6 foot 2 tall so opted for the 29inch wheels and the bike fits me well. The range seems good so far although I haven't tested it to the maximum claimed range of 125km on a full charge. A few people have commented on the bike whilst I have been out and about saying they like the look of it and I agree that it looks good. The price point is also excellent and didn't break the bank. For the money paid I am very pleased with the bike and the delivery time (which was 3 days) and I hope the bike will give me many miles of enjoyable riding. The addition of a rear light and mudguards would have been a nice touch however that can be easily rectified with aftermarket purchases. I am very happy with the bike overall.

I recently bought a new battery for the Eleglide T1 Stepthru ebike. Unfortunately, the wrong battery was packed in the right box. I emailed Eleglide customer support with pictures and relevant documents attached. They quickly responded with printable shipping labels attached to return the battery for free. All I had to do was to drop the parcel off at the GLS ParcelShop which is two minutes from my house. When Eleglide received the parcel, they shipped the required battery. One person dealt with the issue and kept me updated with emails along the way. I'm very pleased with the support. I have the Eleglide M1 plus for 3 years now and have done over 7000km on it and it is still going like new with regular bike maintenance. My daughter's Eleglide T1 Stepthru is 2 years old with 4000km on the clock and still going great.

Ordinata su Amazon Eleglide M1 Plus, arrivata nei tempi previsti, imballo perfetto sia globale che dei singoli pezzi. Fatta montare da un tecnico, mi ha fatto i complimenti per la qualità. Provata confermo autonomia di 90-100 km senza impegnare troppo l'assistenza massima (5), sono veramente soddisfatto di questa mia prima e-bike. Batteria veramente infinita. Cura di tutti i dettagli. Chiesta assistenza per conoscere codice da abbinare al cell, risposta arrivata in 24 ore. La consiglio veramente a tutti. Complimenti a Eleglide.

J'en suis à mon deuxième achat de M2 eleglide. Ou plutôt le quatrième, puisqu'à chaque achat, j'ai acheté deux vélos M2, un 27,5" et un 29". Hier, donc, réception des deux derniers vélos, achetés en direct sur le site constructeur. Pour le M2 29", rien à dire. Pour le 27,5", je me suis fait filer une "merguez", avec des roues qui ne sont pas celles du vélo (et donc roue avant impossible à monter!) et également batterie différente. A priori, il y a eu un mix du M1 et du M2 au niveau des roues, pieces, batterie, etc..., mais je ne suis pas certain concernant la provenancedes pièces, sauf que ce n'estpas du M2!... Le cadre est bien celui d'un M2, mais pour le reste, c'est, il faut bien appeler un chat un chat, un merdier complet! Et comme tout à été déballé, je me vois mal tout remettre dans le carton! Bref, très très mauvaise seconde expérience avec eleglide. Photos sur simple demande, tout-va été envoyé hier à leur assitance par mail, j'attends leur réponse, sachant que je vais être absent trois semaines... Les photos sont d'autant plus parlantes qu'elles sont comparées au modèle M2 29", qui, lui, est conforme! Je viens de recevoir une repose de l’assistance deleglide et ils m’indiquent que tout va bien et que les pièces différentes proviennent d’une évolution. Je mets la réponse en copie. Sauf qu’il est absolument impossible de fixer la roue avant! L’axe est trop court, d’environ 3 cm. Et c’est d’autant plus flagrant que j’ai l’autre vélo M2 , lui en roues 29’’ pouces, juste à côté. Mon conseil: fuyez tout achat avec cette marque! Je me retrouve avec un vélo totalement inutilisable. Et ce n’est pas faute de leur avoir envoyé des photos. Comportement absolument scandaleux, cette négation de leur erreur est insupportable. Et elle risque de se reproduire avec d’autres consommateurs ! Et donc voici leur réponse ! Il faut oser, quand même, surtout après les photos où leur réponse problème est évident ! Et dire que je me plante dans le montage, alors que j’ai monté mon autre M2 l'heure d’avant , là aussi, il faut oser. Un seul conseil: fuyez! Dear Frederic XXXXX Thanks for your letter. My last experience was good however on more than one occassion i would go on the site to buy something but you are out of stock. At the moment im in need of a Disc Brake Rotor but you don't have any in stock.

Service après vente inexistant ! Garde boues défectueux qui se dévisse alors que j’ai enfant de 3 ans à l’arrière. Je le fais fixer à 2 reprises après à peine 5 mois d’utilisation et l’on me dit que c’est moi qui ai endommagé le vélo?! Inadmissible Je ne recommande pas. Les vélos ne tiennent pas la route ! Les problèmes ont commencé à arriver à peine 2 mois après l’utilisation d’un vélo avec un enfant pesant à peine 10kg Je précise que je ne fais pas de tout terrain avec … Sans parler de la batterie qui me permettait en novembre 2024 de faire 2 allers retours au travail et qui aujourd’hui ne me permet de faire qu’un aller aujourd’hui ..
