be careful ordering - some of the bracelets are much bigger than you would expect and some sizing seems small. Customer support did try to help after initial issues not being able to return. thank you for the help

Shipping takes too long. I ordered last week and the estimated arrival is Oct 13th, if you are shipping from another country, that info should be provided upfront.

Had to reach out to ask what was going on with my order. You’d think they’d let people proactively know they were changing warehouse, but no they expect everyone to wait and silently wonder what’s going on with the order. So OK whatever I’ll wait since at that point it had already been a month. But then I get an email this week, a full 6 weeks after I placed the order, telling me they were out of stock on one of the items I purchased. Apparently they didn’t think to stock up their inventory moving to a new warehouse. In the end I was so soured with this entire ordeal that I just wanted a refund but they only allow store credit. They can keep the measly $50 store credit they clearly need every penny they can get. Never ordering from this company again and probably will throw out a previous purchase. Thats how terrible I think this company is. Avoid at all costs, there are better small businesses out there.

Had an issue with a couple items, reached out, got a prompt response, clear return instructions. They don't do refunds, per se, only store credit, but I was OK with that.

Ordine effettuato e pagato in data 27/08/2026. Ad oggi 30/09/2026 NON ho ancora ricevuto nulla, solo tante email e tante frottole!... In precedenza ho comprato con tre ordini prima di questo che comunque sarà l'ultimo ovviamente. Nb...comunque se non ricevo nulla entro due giorni mi tutelo, non tanto per i soldi, ma per un fatto di correttezza e sensibilità mancata!!!
