I Really liked our invitations. Everything looked exactly as I planned. I had a little trouble with the actual ordering. I was waiting for my email to view and confirm our invites and didn't get one for days. I emailed the company to see if they had been ordered despite not confirming and found out that they were in my spam. The co. Was very helpful and sent me a link to confirm before I figured out it was actually in SPAM. So, if anyone has trouble finding these emails, check spam.

I ordered my wedding invites from here absolutely love them, i ordered the romantic blush pink laser cut monogram customized wedding, the quality is great i ordered the blush envelopes with the silver sparkle quality of this was also great. I would recommend paying a little extra for the coloured envelops as the quality is great. Overall the process was easy they sent e-proofs for each minor change and i had a response within 24 hrs. once i had approved the go ahead for the order they were dispatched exactly 1 week after i first placed my order. I made a spelling mistake on mine its only small but that was entirely my fault. other then that everything was great .

I had a great experience with them. They were responsive to questions and prompt and efficient. I love my wedding invites! They are exactly what I pictured for a rustic outdoor wedding. Just know they are in another country so their customer service responds while you are sleeping but they always do!

8.3.2017, My experience with Elegant Wedding Invites has been awful. First of all this is a company doing business from China. The time change between MST and China was not at all easy to get things done in a timely manner. In addition, the fact they typeset your Information/Reception and RSVP card is less than favorable. I attempted this over and over again as they are not using professional typesetters and the alignment etc. on the card was less than satisfactory. The BIGGEST complaint I have and truly the worst emotionally was that the envelopes are of very cheap quality and the adhesive so bad that when the post office received the envelopes (they were sealed at that time) by going through their standard machines and mail distribution most of our guests received their invitations in a shrink wrap/bag form the USPS with a message of "hope all the contents are there, damaged in mailing". This was all because of the seal on the envelopes. I would never use this company again and will definitely write as many reviews as necessary in hopes that others will not have to go through what we have. This is too important of an event to have mishaps because of a company who cannot send out quality.

I am extremely happy with my invitations! They are better than what I was expecting. The service was great, if I had any concerns they responded quickly. And the delivery process was faster than expected. Everything came packaged correctly, and I couldn't have expected anything better than my invitations!

I must say I'm extremely happy with my invitations. They are beautiful. Putting them together does take some time and patience. You are saving a lot of money by putting them together. You can't bit the price. The costumer service is great but you must catch them during sleep hours in North America. It's the only down side to it. I made some changes to mine it's what slow down my process but once we had them where I wanted to be. I received them within 5 days. It was fast. Everyone loves them.

I was able to customize my wedding invitations, receive the proofs, and have them shipped to my home all in less than a week! Email response to my questions was very prompt and you cannot beat that speedy delivery service! The paper quality and envelope quality was perfect as well.
