Our wedding invitations had the correct spelling on them. However, they were not put together like they show in the pictures on their website. It's a HUGE art project for ALL the money I paid for these. Very upset!!

I will start by saying that the invitations are Beautiful! However, the communication was difficult to say the least... Long story short, after 2 weeks of revising edits that were done incorrectly on their part, I received my daughter's quinceañera invites in the wrong color cardstock! I ordered Blush Pink, and received Ivory. I was offered a "Refund" of $20 (not even 10%) to keep them. I did not accept their offer and wanted the correct invites ASAP, after all I had paid $20 to expedite my order originally... I waited 10 days for the correct ones. Needless to say, they have poor customer service, and they won't go out of their way to fix a problem that they created.

I thought I would save by ordering from this website but I was actually not! My wedding invitations cost me in total US $5 per card and the quality was not impressing at all! The laser cut pockets are so thin and flimsy, such poor quality for wedding invitations! The folded part of the invitation cards/pockets is so flimsy that it looked like it would rip apart anytime soon. I also paid for extra ribbons and buckles to have a look from an invitation model I liked from your website but nobody warned me that they don’t come with adhesive ( even the whole invitation cards/pockets didn’t come with any adhesive tapes)... How am I supposed to guess that detail? How am I supposed to attach everything together now? Very deceiving... I will never order from this website ever again!

Beautiful invitations and very responsive to emails. However, don't be fool about not reading all they tiny print, they DO NOT assemble the invitations, they will not be ready to be mail out when you receive them. You have to put them together, buy glue and make sure they are complete. Another thing is that you might not get what has been advertised you are paying for. We bought invitations that showed gold insert envelopes. When we received the package, we received only white cheap almost clear envelopes. Definitely not worth the $5 per invitation price.
