Great price for the design. Recommend offering a better form of communication
I appreciate they're ability to accommodate changes and revisions. For the cost and design, I would recommend them. However, they do not have a live customer service offering. Having questions before purchasing was difficult. I had to just bank that everything would turn out ok. There wasn't clarity that I'd have to assemble the invitations. (I had to glue the pieces together and tie the string around the whole thing. I'm ok with having to put the invitations into the envelopes. And wish I know this beforehand because I would have been happy to pay extra to have it pre-assembled.) Some of the printing was off, so they didn't plan for bleeding, and half of the invitations had a chunk of the design missing. Not that big of a deal but for someone who has an eye for design, it bothered me. All in all, I feel that if you want beautiful and unique invitations at a great cost, I highly recommend them. But if you're looking for customer service where you can speak to a real person and have your concerns and questions addressed. I would not recommend them.

Not the greatest, but I honestly think they're trying hard
I read the first few reviews I saw that were all 1 stars and obviously very frustrated reviews, and I understand exactly where each reviewer was coming from. I myself got extremely heated at them initially, and it resulted in me sending them a furious 2 page email (and in general, I at least consider myself to be a very patient person, so this was pretty out of character for me). I am going to explain in detail in the body paragraph(s) of this review in case it's helpful to someone else, but if you really don't care that much about the details, then just skip to the end.
I heard one reviewer say that this company is in China, and I may be wrong, but that is not my understanding of the situation. My understanding was that the company itself and its management group is actually located somewhere in England/Europe, but all the cards and products that they sell and send to people are made in China and shipped directly to customers from there. Again, I may be mistaken, but to be completely honest, I'm too tired and busy to verify my assertion. I honestly never write reviews either (this may be my first one ever, literally), but the only reason I'm taking time to write this one is because I feel like I need to say something on this company's behalf or I'll feel guilty forever lol.
Anyway, yes it did seem evident to me in dealing with them back and forth through email that there may be a slight language barrier problem. But I personally don't feel as if it was as bad as a previous reviewer claimed. Then again, maybe I personally was dealing with someone else or something, I'm not too sure. But if you ask for Richard, his English seemed perfectly competent enough for me. Again, it seemed quite apparent that English was probably not his first language, but that didn't cause any miscommunication between us or anything, so it didn't bother me personally at all.
This company will not be the most well-managed company you will find. I initially got upset for various reasons of which I really don't feel like explaining in detail, but what really just made me lose my temper was when after compromising with them as politely as I could, I decided to change my mind and order a sample invitation to make completely certain I would be satisfied with my order, and I found out that beyond the price of the sample invitation itself (which a lot of companies even provide for free to begin with), they would charge me a mandatory $15 flat rate shipping fee as well. Around $18 or so dollars for ONE sample invitation that would not even look exactly the same as my custom designed card in the first place!!! It was at that point I lost it, and just went off at the company through email.
Originally, I was set on just hating that company forever, but then I tried to be more mature and give them another chance, and from there, everything went even better than I could have asked. I felt awful because Richard's response to my rant was very timid and non-defensive, and he even offered me a discount if I decided to continue dealing with them in the future (which I ultimately refused because my purpose for sending the email was not to try to weasel some discount out of them in the first place).
Even after they went out of their way to rectify the situation, there was still one issue with the invites we received, however honestly I don't even know if that was my fault or theirs, so I'm not going to accuse them. Everything in our order was beyond better than my wife and I ever imagined to be possible especially after all the drama, however on the envelopes (both for the actual invitations and also the RSVPs), our addressed were written correctly, but any trace of our names was nowhere to be found.
Still, rather than the discount, I did make a request instead that Richard put our invitations as a first priority because we were on a deadline, and he did so as he promised. And we're 110% happy with the cards we ended up with, and everything else besides the missing names is awesome.
Bottom line is that i personally feel like this company isn't the greatest, but I do believe they're trying hard. And price wise, as far as I could tell, there isn't another wedding invitation company that charges this little for this solid level of quality. So my final opinion if this: if you're the type of person that can handle a little frustration in order to save very significant money on very good quality invitations, then I would give you my strongest recommendation to give them a try. And furthermore, not to be insensitive, but let's be completely honest: how important are wedding invitations anyway really? I mean I know they can't be crappy obviously, but most guests will look at it once or twice before throwing it away or just not care about it at all in the first place. I'd much rather take my chances with a place like this and save significantly on invites so that I can use the saved money on something else that matters a whole of a lot more than that. But that's just me.
Hope this helped someone.
