Thank you for the amazing invitation for my special day they are of the highest quality and I would recommend your company to everyone...... Thank you!!!!! Please feel free to post the invitations

I had an amazing experience with Elegant Wedding Invites. I was very picky and kept making small changes to get the invitations exactly how I wanted them, and the staff handled all of my changes with ease and returned the updated proof to me in a very timely fashion. It only took about a ten days from the time my invitations started printing to when I received them. When I opened the box, I was floored! Not only were the invitations absolutely beautiful, but they exceeded all of my expectations. The quality was exceptional and everything was packaged so nicely. I’m very satisfied with my experience at Elegant Wedding Invites and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered wedding invitations in Blush Pink with laser cut outs. When they arrived they were a weird brown/coffee color. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered wedding invitations with elegant wedding invitations. They claim during the ordering process someone will send you a proof in 1-2 business das, by the 5 or 6 th day of waiting I finally emailed them asking when I would get the proof. She claimed they had emailed it to me but appearently I didn’t get it. Once I received the invites I had to assemble them which it says while ordering, but the envelopes didn’t comfortably fit my invites, and the envelopes were cheap so the adhesive wasn’t working. When I emailed them about it I received a condescending email back about the dimensions of the envelopes and how I should turn the invites the other way to avoid the flower (like I didn’t already do that). While the invites themselves are nice I’ll be surprised if they even make it to my guests in their flimsy envelopes. AND they have horrible customer service.

Received my wedding invitations in about a week after I was notified they were shipped and they are beautiful! I am already receiving compliments from my guests on how nice they are. Customer service was great and I always received a response the next day. The whole process from beginning to end took about 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Awful, they put zero effort into the custom design for you. I left very specific instructions which they ignored and never apologised for their errors until I gave up and asked for a refund after several failed attempts. Then they delayed issuing my refund by asking me to review the design again! I ended up ordering my wedding invitations through Zazzle which was a much more smooth, quick and pleasant experience. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Excellent customer service, I had a custom idea that they executed perfectly and I couldn't be more excited! Thank you to Alisa for your quick responses and understanding.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the sample invitations! It's a 99% chance that we'll be using elegantweddinginvites for our wedding invites. :-)
