I was told my package would arrive between 5-10 business days and I got it in 6 and they were so beautiful! They were packed so secure! I would defiantly order from Elegant again! Thank you so much! ****READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY**** I had the most horrible experience with this company and never even received the Invites. My family owns a banquet hall in Downtown Toronto and for years, we have been using and referring clients to Vistaprint for wedding Invites. For my sister's wedding, I ordered from elegantweddinginvites.com because I wanted to make her invitations extra special and spend a little more on her invitations. It wasn't until I received the first COMPLIMENTARY proof that I read the horrible reviews and decided to cancel my order. I requested a refund and someone by the name of Mary emailed me back saying, "Can you just keep your order??" How RUDE!!! No!!!! I asked for a full refund and they were going to take $15.00 out of my refund for the proof they made. First off, I MADE THE PROOF ON THE WEBSITE AND COPIED AND PASTED MY PROOF I SPENT 2 HOURS PERFECTING. And this Mary girl had the audacity to say that SHE made them??????????? HORRIBLE. They still managed to cut that in half and take $6 out of my refund for the RSVP proof they made. They can have my $6. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. These people just want to eat your money. So far, 3 of my clients have told me that they received their wedding Invites UNASSEMBLED!!!!!
