I thought I would save by ordering from this website but I was actually not! My wedding invitations cost me in total US $5 per card and the quality was not impressing at all! The laser cut pockets are so thin and flimsy, such poor quality for wedding invitations! The folded part of the invitation cards/pockets is so flimsy that it looked like it would rip apart anytime soon. I also paid for extra ribbons and buckles to have a look from an invitation model I liked from your website but nobody warned me that they don’t come with adhesive ( even the whole invitation cards/pockets didn’t come with any adhesive tapes)... How am I supposed to guess that detail? How am I supposed to attach everything together now? Very deceiving... I will never order from this website ever again!

I am very happy with the invitations!! I love the envelope too, its sparky! I thought it is going to be a plain white envelope! So thank you so much for that! They also hurried the process so I can get the invitations cards on time! I love everything about it and I would recommend you guys to buy from here! I ordered 65 invitations on 23 Jan from the company. Today is 3 March but invitations have not arrived yet, and they were not even produced. I needed to email the invitation text to all of the guests otherwise they would have missed our discount rates for accommodation. Elegantweddinginvites.com website promised the team will contact me for the wording within 2-3 days, I was waiting for a week when I proactively wrote to Customer Service. The graphic designer they claimed does not exist. I got a draft for 3 different languages where the font type, font size did not match at all among the different versions. You do not need to be a graphic designer to pick up on this. Even though I sent concrete screenshots about the preferred design and text breaks for the wording, it took one week and 4 iterations to finalize the design. But what is really the most annoying that after these troubles they do not even proactively reach out to me to give update on my order status but I need to write email every day that they do not even answer anymore. So, at the end I have no idea if and when I will get my invites ever. And I wish I would have made business with a local provider.
