I just received my invites yesterday and I’m so happy!! They are beautiful! I cannot relate to any of the negative comments at all. The service was awesome, shipping was incredibly fast and the invites were as beautiful in person as they looked online. I was iffy on the colours of font because usually a colour you see online could look different than it does in person but these were identicle! For the people complaining they have to assemble the invites... read more carefully so you aren’t shocked that you have to do that once you receive them. It’s really NOT a big deal. Also, I like that I get to assembly my invites my myself because even though everything was printed up for me I still feel part of it because I get to assemble it. I cannot wait to send these out and I will be referring any future bride to this site!

Very professional company! Always reply fast and are very accomodating. Before I ordered I came on this website to read reviews. For the negative ones, none of what they said turned out to be true except for the fact that there is some assembly required depending on the invitation. For the price you are paying and for the speed of their delivery it's really nothing to complain about in my opinion. Assembly did not take us long at all, was very easy once we got the hang of it after doing a couple of invites each. The invites arrived 1 week after first ordering them on the site and 5 days after being sent and approving the proofs. We reordered because we needed extras and the company was so accommodating even sending us free envelopes for some of the invites because we damaged it by spilling a bit of water on 7 of them by mistake. Invites are gorgeous, received nothing but compliments on them! I will recommend this company to all my friends and loved ones getting married.

The invitations are beautiful and the staff were amazing! The invites were delivered ahead of schedule and we loved them.

Beautiful invitations and very responsive to emails. However, don't be fool about not reading all they tiny print, they DO NOT assemble the invitations, they will not be ready to be mail out when you receive them. You have to put them together, buy glue and make sure they are complete. Another thing is that you might not get what has been advertised you are paying for. We bought invitations that showed gold insert envelopes. When we received the package, we received only white cheap almost clear envelopes. Definitely not worth the $5 per invitation price.

Custumer services was awesome. Im from Puerto Rico, my biggest concern was the shipment and also the fact of the language on my invitations because I order them in spanish. But everything was easier than I expected. My invitation got to PR on time and the language punctuation was perfect.

These invitations were a complete nightmare. When you read some assembly required in small print you assume, "hey I will have to put the RSVP cards and invites in envelopes and maybe add the already assembled band on top." ALLLLLLL wrong. You have to assemble all the pieces of the invitation to include gluing the invite to the glitter paper and ensuring it is centered, folding the band, adhering the band to itself, centering the name card on the center of the band AND purchasing your own adhesive to accomplish a completed invitation. None of this information was obviously stated and when I addressed the company, they pretty much said sorry for your problem, go buy some double sided tape. I mean seriously!!!!! As a bride to be, receiving such disassembled invitations without having even included all the elements necessary to assemble a complete invitation is just devastating and poor professionalism. Please DO NOT consider them unless you plan to spend a lot of "craft" time on your own invitations.

DONT DO IT!! So angry about these invitations, they were the most stressful part of my entire wedding planning so far. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I realize that it says “assembly required”, however like me, you may mistakenly assume that this means that You’ll have to put each individual card in the laser cut invite. Which I was fine with. But you get your invitations in a box completely disassembled. Those pretty glitter borders? Are just sheets of paper cut in squares and then it’s up to you to glue every single invitation, rsvp and cocktail card to the glitter background. Even the square that goes on the band outside has to be glued to a small glitter square. It was sooo time consuming and we estimate that we spent approx 15 hours just assembling all the invitations. To make matters worse, the quality is super cheap and the pieces are not cut evenly so a lot of the finished products look crooked. I would have not gone so far as to leave a bad review though, until I just finished sending my invitations today and they were THREE INVITATIONS SHORT. I had enough rsvp cards and envelopes for all invites ordered... but I’m missing three laser cut invites. So not sure what I will do for those 3 couples? Also, I was about 53 BANDS SHORT. So only about 2/3rd of all my invites look as they should, 53 of them do not have the glitter band on the outside. To top it all off, I came to leave a review on their site and my account had conveniently been disactivated or something as I could no longer log in. So I created a new account just to leave this warning to other brides and grooms...but of course they will not “approve my review” on their website. hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.

Customer service was very helpful. I couldn't find the fonts that were advertised while trying to order and I received a response within 24 hours. They walked me through the entire process. The invitations were ordered and sent to me in less than 2 weeks. I'd definitely order again. The invitations are beautiful.
