PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME ON YOUR ORDER.. If I could give the invitations 5 stars I would. But the overall experience was a little difficult primarily due to the language barrier and limited email communication (waiting a full 24 hours before you hear back). From my experience, if you decide to use EWI, be sure to have all of your information upfront, as far as what type of invitations you want, how many, and how you want them to look. When I first began my process to order them, I inquired how many I wanted, what color, and the design of the invitation. Once you get that in writing (via email) and you are ready to order, be sure if you are customizing to price out exactly everything you want to order such as, Jackets (glitter, pocket, etc.), Response cards (RSVP), Reception cards, upgraded Envelopes (if you want your names/return address on the envelopes), Liners for your envelopes (glitter, etc.), Backers (matte, mirror, glitter), Embellishments, I didnt want any embellishments because I was customizing them on my end with a velvet ribbon and wax seal, and if you want to change the color of the invitation card itself (glitter, etc., if you saw one you liked but wanted to change the color of it). All of these things would need to be addressed BEFORE you put your order in to eliminate confusion, remember you WILL be going back and forth, 24 hour response time, and with language barriers. Once they send you your custom link to go online to pay, you can use your coupon code that's available at that time. When you get your first draft, if ANYTHING needs to be corrected (spelling, font, colors) it is best to print out your draft items and mark with a pen how you want it to look or what color a certain section needs to look like. Telling them will not work... everyone's perception of what you are thinking and how they perceive it are two different things. Trust me! Scan in your corrections into your email (picture format) so they can SEE what you are saying (drawing arrows, "this in BLACK/BOLD", etc.) also, if there is an invitation you like but want to customize it, go on Instagram and snap it and upload the pic to your email. This is what I have learned to be the best way to get your corrections done in little time, it took me all of 2-3 weeks from start to completion (with no further edits), and mine looked amazing :). Because of the experience, I had to take off a star. But I hope this helps someone out.
