Ordered Nokia lumia 1520 phone arrived I 3 days and works great

After some time and a small amount of information, we found the perfect phone for me. The new Note4. The phone has everything i needed and I and arrived as described

I paid for overnight shipping and it did not come for over two weeks and when I finally got my phone it was the wrong color.

elecrtronicsforce really helped me out. I was very confused as to which cell phone I might want. I hadnt had a new cell phone in years and at this point I was being left out of everything. Thing is, I told electronicsforce all of this and they actually listened. They pointed me in the direction of an S5 sport. Good camera, fast service, insured. All of these things really helped me out. The phone came brand new 5 days later and has worked like a charm. Ive called electronicsforce since then to find out about some other phones for my cousins and Im happy each time I do so.

I believe you sell bad merchandise and then blame the purchaser for it not working. I hope you lose lots of business. I am sure you wont post this but at least I stated how I feel. YOU DID recelive phone calls, I have a copy from the phone company and I kept the emails to your company in my records. So dont say you did not receive them.

Sent the right phone model but the wrong color and amount of storage, I ordered 32GB and white and was given 16GB and black. They fixed the GB problem by sending me another 16GB SD card to add up to the correct storage though but it took a long time to arrive, the phone itself however arrived within days of my order being placed instead of weeks!

I usually dont write reviews for online sites, yet alone shop from them but I needed a new phone and my friends advised me about this company. It was a perfect storm. I hadnt had a new phone since the old nokia days. Why change now? I just wanted a Nokia Lumia, basically an updated version. Electronicsforce wanted to make me as happy as the company,. They said it was great, explained how ti is brand new and insured, and just made everything so comfortable for me. When the phone arrived it was a little quirky. It was always vibrating and couldnt hold a charge. This could have been a manufacturers error but I just wish it didnt occur at all. E-Force directed me to who can help fix this in my area of Louissianna and the problem was solved as quickly as it began. Nice to know theres a good place out there for stuff like this.

They treated me kindly when I was very confused about the specs and hardware of any new phone I wanted. Samsung? T-Mobile? Smart phone? Electronicsforce new. After a brief conversation with them I knew that I would be taken care of. We decided upon an Lg Optimus. The info and specs were great and understood and Electronicsforce kep me comfortable and confident. Better yet, the phone got here within a week with a warrantee and everything which was promised. No tricks, no fuss, just a good service.
