I’ve ordered unlocked phones from them. They arrive with no original manufacturer documentation but they have been unlocked as advertised. I find their shipping policy frustrating - they will not let you send a purchase to a relative even though they allow you to enter a shipping address different from the billing address. And you don’t find out until the item arrives at the wrong address. This should be more prominently disclosed.

Not new or Refurbished. Delivery way late...
Correction:
1. Initially ordered for 2 two days delivery. Correction from 4 weeks, got it 1 week later. Asked for delivery refund.
2. Product was advertised as new, but did not get delivered in original package. It was buble wrapped but not original package. Only cable and bubble wrapped device inside amazon like plastic bag -- could have be damaged.
3. Device did not look new, but rather used or refurbished. Correction: seller confirmed that it is new and not hacked.
4. Seller stands by its reputation. It is easy to interpret seller's integrity if sensitve package is susceptible to damage in a plastic envelope, regardless of it being buble wrapped. Bubble wrap prevents vibrational damage or minimizes potential damage to heavy objects compressing it, but not guaranteed if main packaging is plastic envelope. In addition, I got no user guide and definitely did not get charger as stipulated in online manual.
But it also physically showed signs of devise dragged across a surface that made it seem like it was used.
Despite the seller standing up to its integrity, based on my initial experience it is easy to ascertain otherwise.
Don't advertise 2 days monetized shipment if it's hot guaranteed. If one pays up front for special shipment and not delivered as advertised, it's a trap for the unsuspecting customer who doesn't follow up and asks for a refund.
They argue I ordered on a Friday. I'll give them that. But regardless, I didn't get the order till a week later.
Finally. I ordered unlocked device and it is still locked to tmobile. Now I have to ho through trouble of unlocking it.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify several inaccuracies in your comments.
First, the order was placed on Friday, May 15, after our business hours. We reopened on Monday and, as clearly stated on our website, orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. According to USPS tracking #9405550105797025611134, the package was delivered to
Andres Lopez
1 Innovation Way UNIT 212
Merrimack NH 03054
it was delivered on May 22.
Therefore, the statement that delivery took "4 weeks" is simply incorrect.
Second, the device you received was brand new and had never been activated or used. Many carrier and enterprise-grade devices are shipped in bulk packaging rather than retail consumer boxes. For that reason, the unit was professionally packaged in protective bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
There is no basis for the claim that the device was used, refurbished, hacked, or tampered with. The unit was sourced through authorized distribution channels and was never previously activated. We stand behind the authenticity and condition of every product we sell.
While we understand that the packaging may have differed from your expectations, the device itself was new as advertised. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to address these concerns.

Sent me OLD model, out of original packaging, and likely used device.
Ordered a Solis Light unit. It arrived as a used OLD solis unit, not in original packaging. Called to report and reported online as well. I am concerned this is the old bait and switch and I'll need to dispute with my credit card company.
Updated to 3 stars, I spoke with them. This item is misadvertised on their web site (he said was advertised as refurbished but still not a Solis Lite, they may not know the difference as these products change quickly). They called me right away today and I am pleased with their response. We shall see how it all turns out.
Thank you for your feedback. I think it may be a customer oriented thing, kindly do not post my address. Thank you.

Did not receive order or notification of cancellation
Ordered a phone 7/30. Sent an email 8/6 asking why I hadn't heard anything, received no response. Called on 8/11, and was told "that order was cancelled." I asked why no one had contacted me, got a simple, "sorry about that," and a hang up. The order status remains as "need additional info", rather than cancelled, on their website. The phone still shows as in stock on their website, and they don't seem to have an interest in maintaining an accurate inventory. I believe most of their positive reviews here are fake - they often mention helpful store personnel, a physical store, etc, yet the company has no physical store whatsoever. Some reviews mention products and brands that they do not sell. These reviews are likely copied/pasted from reviews of a physical store.
EDIT: Shortly after leaving this review and receiving the below response, I got a phone call asking if my order could be switched to another color of the same model, which I agreed to. The order was shipped that same day, and arrived a few days later. The phone arrived in an OEM Google box, but it seems to be a refurb box and does not contain any accessories. The phone functions and activates perfectly fine, and is in perfect condition. Review updated to 3 stars.

I opted for free shipping and my phone arrived on the last possible day, the 14th business day. Overall it took 3 weeks to receive. I was told the phone would be new. The phone I received was not "new" but likely a demo model or return from another customer. It was missing packaging material and had some scratches. I ordered black but received green. There were some other issues but Electronics Force (aka Cell2Get) responded to my concerns and they agreed to refund some of my purchase price. I feel the refund should have been larger considering the phone was used but I did agree to the amount they offered. With that said, I can say this is a somewhat positive review.

I highly recommend you do your research…
I highly recommend you do your research before placing an order with them. I went to buy a phone from them for Verizon and it was a flip phone, now I wasn't aware that Verizon doesnt support 3g phones anymore and I didnt even read the description of the phone that I bought. So far I paid for overnight shipping and it took 3 days to arrive, and Verizon wouldnt activate the phone I got because its too old. So I called customers service and tried to ask them if I could maybe exchange this phone and if they could deduct from my credit card and they told me that they are out of stock on the 4g phone I wanted and they are gonna take the phone back and get my money back minus a restocking fee. So far I wish they had the phones that I want but yet I feel like that they didn't want to make business with me because I'm kinda hard to handle.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. our website clearly stated
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to recent Verizon policy changes on 3G devices please make sure to check with Verizon before buying if you will be able to activate the phone model on your plan
They may no longer activate this model on contract plans but it will activate well for Prepaid as well as Page Plus, SelectTel Red Pocket and any other carrier that works off Verizon Towers.
Verizon has stopped activating CDMA (3G) phones for new customers since July 2018, except for prepaid service.
You should only buy this phone if you:
1) are a current Verizon subscriber who wants to replace your phone, or
2) plan to use Verizon prepaid service (new or existing account).
Do not buy this phone if you are not currently a Verizon subscriber, unless you plan to use Verizon prepaid service.

This is my go to place for phones
This is my go to place for phones! But from all my experience I had with these guys all I can say is that I do recommend them but it can get upsetting at times. Depending on what shipping you provided it takes them 2 business days In order to process your order before they even ship it out, so for example if you select 2 days itll take 3/4 days to arrive at your door step. But other than that they have excellent customer service and deals are the biggest pro about them.
