All around good service. I appreciate that they make the person whos buying from them very comfortable. If you have a question about cell phones, any phones, they have your back. I cant reliably say this about many other places because they usually kill you with prices or warrantee or some other garbage. When I needed a new Samsung Rugby I tried calling Electronicsforce. I got throguh immediately and told them what I needed. Basic phone. Something quick and easy. I probably wasted a lot of their time. But they were cool, calm, patient, helpful. They told me where I could find the phone, it would be brand new, and that It should arrive within a week. It arrived 10 days later. The phone had a scratch on the back which I cleaned, but still, bummer. Other than that though, the staff is awesome and helpful, the phones are as advertised, and you definitely feel comfortable buying from Electronicsforce. Hopefully the next phone comes a bit quicker. Other than that, great service.

Every business should be a little more like Electronicsforce. I am not a master of sales but I do when my time is being valued as opposed to when my money is. I tried four other sites before settling on Electronicsforce. I wanted a new samsung galaxy and these guys could easily tell that I was skeptical when I was speaking to them. I didnt want the runaround Thankfully for once I didnt receive it. I spoke to these guys for 5 minutes, we found my phone, and chose a delivery option. No convincing, no hassle. E-force did what they said they would. I got my galaxy within 4 days and have never been happier. Im also never shopping elsewhere for good phones or service.

This place is good and reliable. These guys definitely know what to do and how to help you buy a phone. I was in desperate need of a new Lg phone and other online retailers seemed to have too many hoops to jump through. By the time I wanted to make my pruchase I ALSO wanted to pimp the thing out. Add a case, charger, antennae, anything i could. The service of the sales guys and the speed and quality of the phone were all top notch. I got my new phone within a week and it works like a charm. The only gripe I have is that after I ordered these additions, my total was a little pricy. I guess its my own doing because of how many accessories and expedited shipping I chose but still, I know that other sites may have priced the add-ons for less. Other sites also would have made me confused, scared, and perhaps still phoneless. 9/10

I bought a phone from these guys a little while ago. I know that they have been in the business for a while and felt safe purchasing an iphone from them. They likely wouldn't put me through the ringer. They didn't and the phone arrived on time/. Everything was generally exceptional about this business except that the phone took forever to turn on, was generally lagged, and didn't accept a charge. This may have been a manufacturer's error but I told them that they should inspect the phones before shipping. They assured me they would, I assured them it was no issue, and I would be thrilled to buy from them again.

Cell phones are very important to me. I use cell phones daily, whether for business, arrangements, or just to unwind. I needed a new one and knew of electronicsforce for a while. My friends had used these guys before to mixed reviews. There would usually be a problem with shipping or something of the sort but the cell phones themselves were of very good quality. This I cared about. Shipping could be the fault of ups but the phone quality is all on them. This was mostly true. Electronicsforce helped me with everything I needed and were very fair. These guys definitely care about their customers and product so no complaints there. My Moto X phone came a few days late and sometimes doesnt take a good charge, as if the port is faulty. Again, this might be the fault of the phone retailer but it does lend itself to be a problem.

My dad told me a long time ago that there are so many phone and car commercials because youre never really done paying for those things. You finish buying a dress or a fruit but there are all these monthly payments, deposits, fees, overages that you have to pay for with a phone or car. This is why i usually accept defeat or that there would be some loophole before i start my purchase. Electronicsforce doesnt bother with that though. These guys have a goal they want you to buy a cell phone that you actually want. Not a lot comes between them and that goal. I wanted a new motorola android. I got it. I got it 3 days from when i bought the thing. We joked around a bit on the phone, they made me feel like a little sister, and now Im taking a bunch of happy selfies, thanks to Electronicsforce. Go try it for yourself.

Reliable and Friendly- These guys really know what their doing and dont force you into anything, pun intended. Im only 18 and dont know hwo to do much more than take a selfie with my android phone but even I was able to get a new and reliable cell phone from this place. I went in about a week ago and wanted to upgrade my phone for cheap. Electronicsforce didnt hesitate in telling me my options and guiding me to getting a much better phone than i thought id receive. This was pretty cool. It was like they didnt want to see me get screwed over, which I cant say that most stores and retailers can relate to. The phone arrived on time and in awesome mint condition. Ive had my phone for a few weeks now and have been really thankful that I found electronicsforce and that theyre one of the few honest companies left. My selfies have never been better!
