I'm not one to post on sites like this, but I'm frustrated! I ordered a WiFi Hotspot 8 days before I HAD TO HAVE IT. I paid an extra $29 for expedited shipping, advertised as two days. So, I ordered on Friday. I figured it would ship Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Two day shipping, I should have it on Thursday, 3 days before I leave on my trip. Whatever! It appears that a label was printed, but it was never verified by USPS. When I called on Thursday after seeing no shipping status, I was asked to call back in an hour after they did some research. I called back and it went to voicemail. I left a message, but nobody called back. I called again on Friday, only to be told that they had cancelled my order and refunded my money. So, if you need it, don't order it from these guys. He made it plain that he could care less that he did not fulfill his end of the transaction. I'd have given 0 Stars if that was an option.

I’ve ordered unlocked phones from them. They arrive with no original manufacturer documentation but they have been unlocked as advertised. I find their shipping policy frustrating - they will not let you send a purchase to a relative even though they allow you to enter a shipping address different from the billing address. And you don’t find out until the item arrives at the wrong address. This should be more prominently disclosed.
