The original order was 2 weeks before it started. The product was sent to the wrong location and on the second attempt the product was lost in the mail. The whole process took 4 times longer than advertised. The response from the support team was slow but finally effective. I now have the desired product and I am pleased with it.

I give electric force credit for preprograming the phone as requested before shipping it to me..... But I know for sure that the shipment got side tracked for about 2 weeks, then they realized it and over nighted it to me...and I appreciate that part also. So, some good and some bad... Mostly good.
