I ordered a phone by feDex they shipped using usps i called them to return the product they refunded my shipping cost and send me a free case for my phone well still not sure.if I want to keep the phone I called them and they said That I have 7 days to return overall the phone working good I decided to keep it. It's much better then my old phone I was using.

The phone was delivered to my billing address instead of my shipping address I contact them and found out the policy stated they can only deliver to billing address I recived the phone and overall I am happy
