ElectronicsforceReviews of electronicsforce.com

electronicsforce, is an online retailer specializing in cell phones and smartphones. I was recommended to them by a family friend when I mentioned that I was trying to find a Motorola Razr. I love my Razr but it's definitely gotten old. I wanted another one but Verizon told me multiple times that they do not make them anymore and that I can no longer purchase such a model. Well, he was wrong, because I found it online at electronicsforce and I was able to order it. Mitch helped me out over the phone and was very polite. Thank you!

"5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone." I ordered from this website electronicsforce.com recently and wanted to let you guys know how the experience was. Like most new sites i purchase from i did research on them before and everything seemed to check out. I called up and placed the order over the phone as an extra measure of caution. I can tell you that they are a real business and that they know what theyre doing. I got my phone on time and i love it! Feel free to purchase here

When i was looking for a cellphone i used google. I, as a rule of thumb, do not trust ebay yet all of the cell phones came from ebay sellers. The only phones i found within my price range were from electronicsforce or a few other websites. I decided on electronicsforce due to their wide array of phones and reasonable prices. Customer service was very helpful when i called and walked me through the process, including an email with a confirmation code should i have any questions. The representative, Jordy, was very polite.

Here is my documented experience with "Electronicsforce": 1.Ease of use: Website was not the most aesthetically attractive but it was very easy to use and gets the job done 2. Product: Large selection of off contract phones and unlocked devices 3. Shipping: Free Shipping is offered, as well as overnight, two day ... 4. Returns: Not Applicable If you are looking to purchase a new cellular device electronicsforce is one option to consider

Was scrolling their products and I just wanted to ask a quick question before I finished my order. In my head I thought that I would call and have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. However, I was connected right away to a representative by the name of June. She gave me the answers I needed and even reached out to me a few days later to follow up. Great customer service.

customer service is very responsive to emails and phone calls had issue with my purchase the phone has wifi issues contact customer service they shipped another phone overnight, the phone received and works great well thats good service

Paid for phone, they kept my money for 5 days before cancelling the order because it's "not in stock". Yet the same phone is still listed for sale on their website a week later. They had time to immediately (within the hour) dispute this complaint but waited 5 days to cancel my order.

Easy to deal with and reliable. Electronicsforce got me the phone I needed, at a discounted price, in a timely manner. That's all I ask of a business these days. I would recommenced electronics force to a friend who is looking to purchase a new phone. I trust and support them.
