False "Fraud alerts" make the card unusable. Account gets locked every time I try and make a legit purchase. I had to call them everyday to unlock the card. When I had enough and asked to settle the balance and close the card they gave me the wrong amount, which I paid in full. 3 months later they sent me an additional amount which I didn't know about to collections, this has ruined my credit and my life. I was searching for houses but am unable to obtain a mortgage now.

Customer service is a joke. I am unable to reach any representatives. They shut down my card for no apparent reason and I am unable to activate it. I'm very disappointed. They are not worth your time.

Parallel to a slew of other complaints, the dispute department is not on the customer's side, even with concrete supporting documentation to back a claim. I highly suspect the reps don't even look at the evidence and have a snarky crusty attitude. Won't keep these two cards.

Worst credit card to use living internationally. I literally have to call customer service every time I want to make an online purchase because of their Visa verify process that only attaches to a US number. Makes life impossible. Repeating another review of "Pepper" who blocked my card instead of opening it for a 24 hour window for use.

The dispute department does NOTHING to resolve blatantly false charges.They send a form letter saying you've lost dispute n they'll send documentation as to why if requested. Requested!!! Yes send!!! They NEVER DO!!! They say they'll call back in 24-48 hours but dont. Then they say they meant 24-48 "BUSINESS" hours, or 8 days. What BS!!! Ive had 3 disputes over the last few years and got screwed on 2. I wish Id pressed it further. One was my mistake. But I figured out that puzzel with no help from their lame dispute dept. Im looking for another CC card. I spend at least 15k on my card per month. They'er no longer getting my business. They are crooks.

Absolute WORST most INCOMPETENT credit card issuer on Planet Earth. Despite providing documented evidence that I never received ANYTHING for a $90 charge, these "geniuses" rebilled my credit card so I closed the account immediately and plan to take legal action of these clowns damage my credit in ANY way(s) or try to collect even ONE PENNY from me.

I have been holding a master card that was sold about ten times Since 1979. it was Peoples bank when it was good. Now, the card does NOT protect you. Their dispute process is a joke and most ALWAYS favors the merchant. Recently, I sent an item back and had proof with the postage receipt. The merchant claimed they never received it. I even had proof they received it. The item was still charged BACK to my credit card. Hello, remember me, I am the guy holding this card for FOUR decades. This is not the first time this has happened. The card stays in the drawer, Hello American Express.!!!!!!

Have never missed a payment in years .impeccable on payments.i like to use mail in.never received bill for Oct this year .finally came in and charged me interest and penalty.payment was paid in full .card was rejected.not fair.senoir and military.
