The prices are great. The shipping is accurate and super fast. I get my orders the next day. Amazing efficiency. Even when I ordered the wrong coil and sent an email requesting an exchange they were prompt in response and adjusted the order accordingly even though there was a slight price increase that they wrote off. Reminds me of old school customer service when companies actually cared about the consumer. Definitely a client for life.

easy ordering and fast delivery

Placed an order 10 days ago. The tracking says it has been ready for the past 8 days. Yet they have not shipped it out yet. Sent emails, tried calling but always says that they can’t answer the phone. I left messages as well. Still nothing. Got scammed out of 60.00.

Order was marked delivered. Never was. Contacted them. They didn't get back to me until my 3rd email to them. They respond slow af. They seem unwilling to even attempt to make it right. No phone call no email nothing. Don't use these thieves. Now they're saying I never re0lied to them when i replied TWICE

This was my first and last time ordering from ejuice direct. i never got the discount for first time ordering, and after realizing this i did the math and your not getting a discount. There making there money back on shipping. if you spend $90 as i did, you shouldn't be charged $12 for shipping on a package that had 2 bottles and a small mod and weighed just over 1 pound. There's way better places to order from and if I would have been paying attention I wouldnt have ordered from here.
