BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a Vape Kit from ejuice direct that was not working properly. Once I sent it right back to them they said I dropped it and that's why it didn't work. Totally false. It didn't work out of the box and they blamed me and said I couldn't get a refund or replacement. They still have not returned the broken one either. They're customer service is trash. If you call too much they stop answering the phone. Order at your own risk!!! I'm out of $80 of my hard earned money!!!

Yesterday, I have successfully ordered 6 bottles of "I Love Salts Spearmint" on your website. Everything went well for the order until I got an automatic message from your website saying "Your payment details could not be verified." Nevertheless, the money transfer has been successfully I send an email to support@ejuicedirect since yesterday until right now still don't have any response from their staff
