The site is great, the prices couldn't be better and there's more variety than any other vape site I've been to. However, their downfall seems to be in the shipping department. For some reason 3-5 business days translates into a week and a half later. They need to set up some sort of expedited shipping or something similar. Considering the prices are so good, I'd be willing to pay a little more to not have to wait so long.

I love the product's but my packages where delayed by three days because it ended up in Florida from Massachusetts which I don't know why it even ended up in Florida from Massachusetts when I live in Massachusetts and not any where near Florida. Otherwise I love the juices that I ordered because they are flavored juices.

I received a disposable vape, ($16.95), that didn’t work. You offered me credit but I never got it. Also, shipping is crazy expensive. The last place I ordered from was $6.95. (They are no longer available). I love your products though!
