Terrible website and customer service. They have been holding my money for three months. Package was sent to wrong city and then invalid number. What a joke this has been.

I made an order, today, January 28th 2024. And had the same expericence as other guy that posted prior tome. The website said, there was an error in the payment method. BUT, they debited my credit card. No one answer that phone. I sent emails, and I am waiting for an answer about my order, and if they are not going to process it. then, they must refund me my $86 that I paid. If they refuse to reply me with a solution soon. I will report this business as a scam and fraud website with credit card and online reviewers

I tried to place an order which cost $105. When I put in my CC info it said my card was denied. I tried it again and again with another CC. Everytime it said there was a problem with my CC. My order never went through. I called my CC and it was charged 5 times! I called them but just some robot voice saying no operator available during business hours. I've emailed many times yet no reply. Now I must tell the CC it was fraud and deny the charges. This website is nothing but a scam!
