They REFUSE to ship me my products and will not answer customer service. The number they provide is also a dud.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They'll take your money and then never answer any calls/emails for support. I made an account before ordering and somehow there's no order history? Avoid.

The last online order the shipment I made with EJuice Direct it came in a timely matter which was great. I recently made another order and received a conformation email of my order. 3 days later checked on my order to see when it would be shipped and nowhere it showed on the website in my account I made the order. Checked my bank account and the money was taken out 2 days after I ordered. I called the website phone # and emailed them 2X each and no reply. Too bad for I was hoping I finally found a decent and ligament website for online vape products…WRONG. Find another store if looking for a good company for I do not suggest this website to do so.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS , I WOULD . THEY COULDNT DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED AND PROMISED A REFUND OF PRODUCTS ONLY, WHICH HASNT HAPPENED AS YET,AND TO BOOT , THEY POCKETED THE SHIPPING COSTS , WHICH DUE TO NO DELIVERY SHOULD HAVE CAME BACK TO ME. BEING IN AUSTRALIA AND THEM IN THE U.S., THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO , POWERLESS AGINST THESE ROGUES. STAY CLEAR OF PEOPLE WITH NO HONOUR.!!!!!

Ordered $250 worth of juice. Took the money out of my account 3 times. So im down $600+ Tried calling 8+ emails. No reply. Smells like a scamming bunch or wankers to me

HORRIBLE customer service. Said they would issue a manual refund when the discount code they were offering wasn’t working. Never received the refund. Can’t stand liars, great way to lose loyal customers. Before this I would have given them five stars because they have great pricing, my favorite brand, and reliable and fast shipping. Too many other great vendors to support, rather than someone who lies to you and steals your money.

First time I ordered, they sent me someone else's order. Annoying, but after I sent an email they promptly apologized and sent me another package... which was still wrong. I reached out again, and they ghosted me! I guess you get what you pay for. 🙃

The site offers a code to obtain a percentage off of the purchase but the site does not take the code so you overpay for the purchase.
