order feb 22 2020 3m mask add did not say NOT IN STOCK or would not have ordered 2 days later got email saying not in stock but to keep order and place in line so I did 3 mth later still on order canceled never being told about cancelation fee when I bought or cancelled never had a company charged me for something I did not get BAD EIO.COM lost my business for life and everyone I talk to

Just as the other customers said, they charge your money and will NEVER ship the items. It is illegal to keep customers' money for more than one month. In the process of bringing them to the court. Everybody should at least report them to the office of attorney office, if not a lawsuit.

I waited three months for an order of face masks they listed as in stock. I was charged the day I ordered them. After three months I canceled the order and was charged 10 percent. They should have paid me for waiting. Rip off company.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I ordered the N95 masks on March 2nd.. which were back-ordered.. fine, that is understandable with COVID. I also ordered a set of WiHa nutdrivers, && also no shipment (I'd think that mini-nutdrivers should be fairly easy to source). Sent an email inquiry after each month and only got strung along. Gonna post a similiar review in every review site I can find. 10% loss is a cup of coffee on my particular order, but I am not happy and will let the world know the results of my interaction with EIO... they'll likely lose the cost of my whole order 10x over per day, ALL for the lack of communication (and because I am now pretty sure they are a SCAM site just looking to hold your money).

I purchased masks for the pandemic to give to my sisters who were nurses. They claimed to have a special relation with 3M and can get n95 masks. I should’ve known this was a scam. They are now trying to take down these reviews. The never had them in stock and still don’t 3 months later. This didn’t stop them from taking money immediately and eventually only returning 90% now they are recharging me and I can’t get a hold of them. Just stay away they are the website equivalent of the coronavirus

I placed an order and at the time of placing the order I was told that I'd receive my item within a week. Three months and multiple inquiry emails later, I had not received my order. I cancelled the order and was charged a cancellation fee. This is a corrupt practice and is a scam. This company should be shutdown. For your own good, don't do business with this company.

After being quoted a delivery date of less than a week, more than 8 weeks passed with not so much as an update. They then only refunded 90% of my money. A little disclosure burried in the check out process. This place is a scam that kites your money with no intention on delivering your product.
