Could not deliver the product and charged me a cancellation fee!
Placed an order for N95 masks on 3.12.2020. When they did not ship I inquired. They responded that they were out of stock. We continued to communicate until today, 6.3.20, I had to cancel because I found masks elsewhere for my remodeling business. They refunded all but 10% citing cancellation policies. They should have taken the masks down from their site (like Home Depot, Amazon, etc. did). Instead they left them on them on their site, collected the money and held it for nearly 3 months, and charged me 10% when I cancelled. I believe this was a scam, sell product they do not have, create some cash flow, and then keep 10% if you cancel, even though it was of their doing. How many people did they scam!
