WOW, I am shocked to read all the negative reviews about EGO. I'm so glad that I didn't read these before spending $15,000 with them. Everytime I call their customer service line, they help me very well. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my new T6 Tractor riding lawn mower that I just bought last week. They are very helpful to me. I am a convinced EGO customer. Over the past year, I keep buying their products. I spent at least $15,000 with them since 2025. I have over 30 of their products including 20 batteries anywhere from 2.5ah to 12ah batteries. The warranty is awesome. I get 5 years on my 6 12ah batteries and 3 years on everything else. So far I never had to use the warranty. I even have 5 battery chargers. All work great. All their products work excellent for me. The batteries all last a very long time. I never have any issues with any of their products. Maybe I got lucky. I use everything every week and have 1 acre yard to mow and a 2 long 12 car driveways to snow plow every winter at least 15-20 times a season. It's amazing how well everything works. I'm very impressed. I will continue to keep buying from them. It's so much better than using gas products. No noise and no mess. No oil, no gas, etc.

THREE DAYS PAST THE WARRANTY...the head to the string trimmer comes flying off, hits me in the leg and loses 2 parts to the cover! The rep at the customer service number says no can do for a replacement! I have used the damned thing 6 times!!! If you plan on purchasing one, I suggest you have cash on hand to do replacement on their equipment that is like brand new! If I had known I never would have purchased Rating:EEEEEE---

We bought a 600 series ego 21 in mower 56 volt battery may 1st. Had a family issue where we have been away and took it out of box yesterday for the first time aug 22 battery lights up full green but mower wont start. Took it to Lowes they did everything replaced the battery and double shot it with a rep but its past lowes warranty. They said to call ego so I did that the next day they double shot it again and said we have to take it to a repair shop nothing more they can do. I asked if we send the mower back can I just get a refund because clearly something wrong with the product and they said there is nothing they can do. Im out $600 with a pile of junk plastic

I bought my EGO LM2110sp lawn mover from EGO the battery failed less then 3 seasons Their customer support is unprofessional and ignorant by any means. So stay away from them that is my advice for you. During my conversation with a customer support supervisor I advised him i recording our conversation with him. Moreover I bought a after market battery for that mover on amazon will see how that battery works out.

Trash company that will jerk you around until your warranty expires and then tell you to buy a new battery. The worst. I look forward to their bankruptcy.

i bought a blower at over $530 with tax on the box it said the power and batterie 1 hour and 30 minutes , to my surprise it was 20 minutes so ego made me waste 3 weeks of time a. open an account b. emails telling them the problem c. them telling me to verify battery d. telling me there are 3 speeds to test them all e. me replying actually there are 6 speeds icluding turbo and only at 1 st speed it does over 1 hour and 30 minutes however at that speed even speed 2 and 3 and 4 blows barely anything e. after wasting so much time 8 emails sent + testing each speed many times wasting hours of time they responded that it does what it says ( BIG LIARS SCAMMERS THIEFS AND THEY HAVE CLOSED MY COMPLAINT I TOLD THEM I WOULD WRITE REVIEWS AND BRING THIS IN FRONT OF QUEBEC COURTS TRIBUNAL ) IN QUEBEC JUDGES REALLY HATE WHEN COMPANIES COME HERE AND ACT IN THIS MANNER THEY WILL BE PUNISHED SEVERELY ( I BOUGHT IT FROM RONA REPENTIGNY ))

CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MOWER LESS THAN 6 WEEKS OLD IS TERRIBLE!!!! I bought an ego mower on 7/8/26. Worked great the first time. A week later, mower stopped as I was finishing up my yard and green light on handle began flashing. Called customer service. Spent over 1 hour on phone. Was told to put mower up and let cool off. Battery still had over 1/2 charge and mower only used for 1/2 hour on small yard. Next day, mower worked. Used again a week later and mower did the same thing. Called customer service. On phone for over an hour. Was told I would be shipped a new mower, that I would receive shipping label/instructions to ship mower back. 7 days later, still no mower. Called customer service again. Was told that my mower model was out of stock and it would be another 2 weeks before new mower shipped. Paid $700 for a mower that quits on me. Lowe’s will not take it back and ego customer service is terrible!!!

Unfortunately, we also have mixed feelings about EGO’s products. The tools themselves are very good. Four years ago, we bought an extensive set with two batteries: a 2.5Ah and a 4Ah battery. At the time, we also registered for the extended warranty (five years). The 2.5Ah battery has been behaving strangely for quite some time now. Initially, I emailed EGO about the issue—twice—but I never received any response. I then contacted the retailer and sent the battery back to them. It has now been almost three weeks, and I still haven’t received any news about what will happen next. Meanwhile, the 5Ah battery is starting to develop the same problem. What bothers me most is that the level of service simply isn’t good enough. If you offer a warranty, you should stand by it and keep your promises. Until we started having problems with the batteries, I was very satisfied. But it’s only when problems arise that you really find out how good a product and the company behind it actually are. Based on my experience now, I probably wouldn’t buy this product again. I hope they resolve this properly.
